Siddaramaiah is a pure fraud, visionless, selfish politician that Karnataka has seen in the last 50 years. You can point your finger at Siddaramaiah to show how a politician should not be.

But, how to crush someone so that he does not come to his position, who should be defeated in the elections, who can be defeated so that he can come to power, how to threaten someone so that he does not come to the top, how to provide necessary facilities only to those who write well about me, praise me, and pat my tail… etc. There are enough examples of negative things around Siddaramaiah.

There are enough examples of Siddaramaiah showing such negative cleverness. However, there is not a single example of him using this same cleverness to do good for the entire society. Of all the projects he has done, either the work of dividing the communities in the state or the work of wooing some communities.

His ‘popularity’ line is also the same… When he came to Congress after enjoying power in JDS, he was a charismatic leader. He remained popular with the people until he came to power in Congress. However, since he came to power and started showing his true character, his popularity has been declining.

Now look… Rahul Gandhi, a politician more than 30 years younger than him, a man who is in power because of his family, said, “You should give up the CM post…” and without further ado, he has decided to give up power, thus trampling the towel of “bold politician” that he had been praised and carried by Vandi Magadha for so long. It is clear that Siddaramaiah is a poor politician.

Furthermore, his title of “economic expert” has also been washed away like a tamarind in the stream of fortune.

It is not a matter of pride for any politician that in the 13 years that Siddaramaiah was in power, the entire state has not done a single development work that would make him remembered. Moreover, since he acted in a way that contradicted every title that he was praised for by Vandi Magadhar, he has acted in a way that would make him throw away all those titles. Now that he has left power, no matter what title he is praised for, some of his actions are mocking them!

Value-based… I remember leaving JDS and joining Congress.

Smart… I don’t remember anything positive, everything is negative.

He is an economist… He laughs at the schemes that have emptied the state coffers

He is a lawyer… He argues against the unresolved Mahadayi project, the Supreme Court’s defeat and the cases that released cusecs of Cauvery water last summer

He is a pioneer of development… Road potholes are popping up!

He is a socialist… The alarms are going off in the watches he has made

He is a selfless politician… His son Yatindra and grandson Dhawan Rakesh are begging for votes!

Siddaramaiah has done all these years… He has kept his flatterers, the Vandi Magadhas around him well and has created suitable opportunities to sit in strategic positions by praising them from time to time and in due time… We can say this in a negative tone as political astuteness, but if he had done some good things, far-sighted plans, and things that would be beneficial for the entire state after coming to power, it would have been an example of a smart and positive-minded politician.

However, on the contrary, even after coming to power, Siddaramaiah acted as his Vandi Magadhas wanted to make money and enjoy power, but there was no selflessness, no socialist stance, no development mindset!

Apart from raising the name of the backward classes and getting votes, no work done for their overall development is visible.  Instead, there are four schemes that cover their noses, but no examples of them being radically elevated from the social strata.

It would be better not to even mention the issue of minority appeasement!
Almost all the politicians in the Congress who have been CMs for a significant period in the past have become famous in the state through some schemes. But, Siddaramaiah is the only one among them… Despite doing politics for so many years, and warming the seat of power for so many years, he may be the only politician who has not come up with a single positive scheme! Similarly, the situation of politicians in other parties is not even better…
